Shipping Policy

Our preferred shipping service is Australia Post.  

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days from the day you submit it.  We count orders received after 5pm as though they have been received at 9am on the following day. 

In your order you were asked to select your preferred shipping method.  For Australian domestic destinations we offer the following: 

  • Australia Post Standard Parcel Post
  • Australia Post Express Post


For New Zealand Destinations we offer: 

  • Australia Post International Economy Air
  • Australia Post Standard International Air


Before selecting your choice of shipping method please check current shipping times between our dispatch centre in Queensland (Post Code 4227) and your location by visiting the Australia Post website:

We provide a generalised delivery time guide in our FAQs, however due to COVID 19 and other factors affecting the postal service we do recommend you check the Australia Post website directly. 

Dispatch times can be affected by public holidays.  If a public holiday occurs in South East Queensland, we will not be dispatching orders on that day.
