My MyTag beeps when I don't want it to?

Unwanted beeping is normally caused by the disconnection notifications going off when you don't want them to.  


I suggest the following: 


  1. In Settings for each MyTag, set the Disconnection Notification Delay to 30 seconds (see screenshot below)
  2.  If you are at home or work, using an iPhone and connected to Home Wifi - set the Quiet Zone to ON - that will silence disconnection alerts while you are at home
  3. If neither of the above solve the problem completely, then turn the Disconnecting Notification to OFF for those MyTags that are causing you an issue.



Even if Disconnecting Notifications are turned off, you can still use your phone to find your MyTag and your MyTag to find your phone.
