White Screen on App Launch

On the MyTag X Android App if you are getting a blank white screen when you launch it? 

The most likely cause of this is a cache error on the Android Phone.

Please can you go through the following menu items on the Phone settings to clear the cache, then restart the phone and try the App again:

How to Clear the Cache on Android Devices
  1. Open Settings and select Storage.
  2. In the resulting list, tap the Other Apps entry. This will take you to a list of all the apps installed on your phone.
  3. Choose the app whose cache you want to clear. ...
  4. On the app's info page, tap the Clear Cache option.

The App may be called MyTagX or may be called TiFiz Connect (which was our internal codename).
