Please email or message us on our website if you have any issue with your device.  We are more than happy to help you set up your MyTag device and help you understand its features and operation. 

If you are still not happy with your purchase you can return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase.  In order to be eligible for a refund you must: 

1. Return the unit unmarked in its original undamaged packaging
2. Fill in the return form and include it with your proof of purchase with the unit
3. Tell us why you are not happy with the unit

Please wrap the product carefully and use a tracked postal delivery service, as we cannot refund you if we do not receive the product, or if the product or packaging are marked in any way.
