If you have an Android phone and the app seems to stop working now and then, it is very likely that the system kills the app after a certain amount of time.
To avoid this, please follow the below steps:
- In your phone settings, select 'Device Maintenance', then 'Unmonitored Apps", and add the MyTag Finder app to the list
- In your phone settings, select 'Notifications', then 'Advanced', then 'MyTag Finder' and set the app as priority.
